Tasty Dog Food Bag

Cooper dragged the entire bag of dog food from the pantry into the living room. I'm not sure if he wanted to play with the picture of the dog on the bag, eat the bag or eat what was left in the bag.

Lavendar lace

I had to dust off my lavendar lace cardstock and ink pad for this color challenge. I just don't often use purple! In fact I have been in a pink mood. Monday's Stamptv color challenge was to use Lavendar Lace and Old Olive. So here it is. Today is supposed to be a bit warmer and sunny. I am liking it very much, but I am making Cooper walk a bit further each day and he is one lazy doggie! Enjoy your Wednesday!

My Best Buds

Posted by PicasaMy best buds are Jana and Alexis. Here they are hanging out in my craft room with all the doggies: Sofi, Cooper and the back of Sully. I did this scrapbook page for the Stamptv scrapbook page challenge. The photo is not great, you can't see the details on the paper and flowers. Oh well. It is supposed to warm up today, I was out at 5:45 AM with Cooper and it felt like mid winter!

The Wrath of Cooper

Happy Monday! Hope you had a nice weekend. It did get a bit cooler again, but it is still nicer than how it was. Cooper has been a bad doggy lately. He got into a box of tissues in my craft room and this is what he did! He needs to go back to Obedience School. Have a great start to your week!

Sunday

Happy Sunday! Here is another cute and simple card that I made for Stamptv. Today is another day for Cooper and me. I am getting him to go on longer walks now that the weather is nice. He has to lose some weight before next Sunday, when the breeder is coming to visit! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Cute and Simple

Good Morning, Happy Saturday. Look's like we are in for another sunny day! Yeah! This morning Cooper and I will be going to tennis and then I am taking him to the pet store to try some new frozen raw food. I think you thaw it out before he eats it, though. He loves going to the pet store! I made this very simple card for the Thursday Stamptv challenge. I think it is too simple. Maybe later, I will try my hand at the other challenges. I am two days behind! Well, it's time to vacuum! Have a great weekend.

Happy First Day of Spring!

On Wednesday, I found out that I won on Stamptv for this scrapbook page, entitled Winter, I was so excited, I won a free Gina K stamp set. I thought it would be appropriate to post this page on the first day of spring. I am so done with winter. However, the weather has been nice: sunny and above freezing. We will take what we can in the northeast. Here is a card that is a little more springlike. Enjoy your day, spring is on the way...

Peachy Keen

I made this card for the Monday color challenge on stamptv. It was really a stretch for me. I usually do not use barely banana or plum blossom. We also needed to use Certainly Celery (that color I like). Anyway I colored the rose from Gina K's A Year of Flowers stamp set with my barely banana and plum blossom markers, did not even attempt watercoloring, but I thought about it afterwards. Embellished with pearls and MS Lace Border Punch. I have really been enjoying this nice weather! Have a great Tuesday!

How About A Bit of Bling

How about a bit of bling to start your Monday. I made this card with downloaded free digital paper from StampTV. The tulips are from the Gina K stamp set called "A Year of Flowers." I colored the tulips with Copic markers and then added some Distress Stickles for some pop. I added rhinestones all around the tulps for extra special bling. This will be sent to a very special friend. If you are reading this, this card is for you, Lynette.

Alexis and her new jacket

The forecast is actually looking up around here! I saw four days of full sunshine. It might actually get into the 50's. Now, Alexis wants it to rain, to test out her new rain jacket. It is just so refreshing to feel the warmth of the sun!

Red, black and pink

Well, I am still obsessed with StampTV and I have been faithfully submitting posts for the challenges. This is one of the cards that I submitted for the Monday color challenge to use red black and pink. Although, this card was mementarily featured in the gallery I still have not yet won. I am determined to win a free stamp set.

Flowers for Spring

I am tired of shoveling snow. My back hurts, my knees hurt and I need some warmth! I made this card for the Gina K color challenge. You needed to use pink, red and black. I like that color combo so it was easy to design a couple of cards. On this card I used the thumping technique with regal rose and real read. The Patterned paper is Basic Grey's Bittersweet.

NO MORE SNOW

Are you kidding me: another snow day!. I can't stand it anymore. This weekend was in the 50's. It was wonderful. I sat on my front porch with Anthony, Jana, Alexis and the doggies: Sofi, Sully and Cooper.

Happy Saturday!

Posted by PicasaI made this card for the StampTV Potluck Friday Challenge. I have been faithfully participating for a week and still have not won! Boohoo! Oh well! I will keep at it. It was very easy to play when I was on vacation. Once I went back to work it really became a challenge, but I am determined to keep at it. Maybe I should say I am addicted to it.
Today is Saturday and I am excited that my daughter Jana is coming over with her doggies. Cooper is going to have a grand time playing with his cousins. To top it off, my daughter Alexis is coming over too. That is the best kind of day for me: spending time with Jana and Alexis. We can take a long walk because it should be warm! Melt snow melt!

Elegant Flowers

Posted by PicasaThis is another Gina K stamp set called Elegant Flowers. I used my Creative Memories circle cuter to cut out the circles. I notched the sides halfway with a small circle punch and threaded the pink grosgrain ribbon. Oval punches for the birthday wishes.

Kissing Technique

Posted by PicasaI used my new stamp set from Gina K called Bold Flowers. I inked up the flower with So Saffron and kissed it to the crackled background stamp inked with certainly celery. I used my oval nestabilitlies to cut out the patterned paper and some more so saffron for the scalloped edge. It is still freezing out, but I am hopeful for spring flowers!

Floral Frenzy

I have been coloring with my new Copic markers. This is the new Gina K Floral Frenzy stamp set. I submitted this card for the Friday Potluck challenge. The challenge was to do a split screen card. I was also able to print this background paper as part of a free digital download.

Another Snow Day??

When I first bought these white love seats and people came over my house, I would redirect them to sit somewhere else. Now thirty years later, although not as white as new, they are still in pretty good condition. Cooper loves to lie on them, especially when the sun is shining through the window.
