Wrinkled Paper

I made this for the stamptv challenge which was to show your wrinkles, not on your face but to use wrinkled paper in your card design.

It's Windy Today!

It's Saturday and there is a wind advisory. Don't get blown away! I have some new cards to share with you this week. I have been a busy bee getting ready for the craft fair next Saturday! I do like the way this particular card came out so I might mass produce it. Stay grounded!

Very grateful for my sister in law, Pat, having us for Thanksgiving! Grateful to have my hubby, kiddos and grandbaby and of course, Cooper and everyone all together for the feasting!

Pre Turkey Day

Happy Pre Turkey Day. Are you baking and cooking? I am making a couple of side dishes for our feast tomorrow at my sister-in-laws. I hope the day will not look like the scene on my card for quite a while! If you have the day off, like I do enjoy!

Christmas Tree

I need to return this stamp set so I squeaked out one more card using the tree from Theresa Momber's Very Merry Christmas. Background paper is SEI Christmas Mint. I used two branch punches for the embellishments. Have a great Monday. It is only a two day work week for me!

Wintery Scene

I made this winter scene for the faux window challenge at stamptv. I detail white embossed the snowflakes from Gina's Holiday Cheer stamp set. Wintery houses are from the Winter Friends stamp set. I actually brayered the background with a SU Blue Frost Spectrum ink pad.

I made this for the customer blog hop challenge on stamptv. I used Gina K's Holiday Cheer stamptv set. The blue backgroud is brayered with SU Blue Frost Spectrum pad on white glossy cs. Gina's white cs is embossed with Cuttlebug Holiday snowflake folder. Have you seen any flying reindeer out your window lately? Green and ivory

The color challenge in reverse. This time I embossed the tree with Stampin Up vanilla and clear embossing powder. Might be a bit too green!

Snowy House

Happy Saturday. I made this card with the house from Winter Friends. I colored the house and tree with copics. I used liquid pearl for the snow tipped trees and roof.

Double Negatives

I made these cards for the technique challenge Wednesday. Wow it was great having the day off. I organized my craft room. Still have lots more to do, but it was a very productive day.

Golden Tree

I made this for the sentiment background challenge. I am loving the bow easy and made this triple bow with it. Happy Viking Day, at least every family has one!

I have been practicing with my new punches. I made this card for the Monday color challenge over at stamptv. I am not much of a purple person, so this was a challenge for me.

Glazed Evergreen

I made this card for the Wednesday technique challenge over at Stamptv. After I colored the evergreens I covered them with Ranger glossy accents to create the sheen. Added white liquid pearls to the scallops. Hope you are enjoying this fabulous weather!

Happy Weekend. Well it looks like we are in for a beautiful weather weekend. Although yesterday, it felt like snow was on its way! I made this card for the Friday potluck stamptv challenge which was to use a sentiment as your background. I used the new set from Nina Brackett called Vintage Borders.
