Today I have another birthday card from Creative Clear Stamps. The set is called HIP HIP HOORAY. I used a cuttlebug folder for the cover of the card and then cut the Hunney Bear with an oval nestie. I colored her with copics. I used a white gel pen for the balloons and dotted the scallop edges. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Wednesday!
