Today I have another color challenge. This time I am using a image from Victorine Originals. Tanya challenged the designers to use the colors yellow, black and blue. I love this silhouette stamp,Children Playing (74772-N). I stamped the image with Memento black ink. I used a MS border punch for the two borders, added a black silk bow and black dots!
