I finally got to play with this stamp set: "Welcome Home" by Rupa Shevde for Gina K Designs. I used the negative from the oval nestie. New Tim Holtz embossing folder. Grass created with Martha Stewart Border punch. I masked and airbrushed some clouds in the sky. Houses are colored with copics.

I Scream for Ice Cream
I can eat ice cream 365 days of the year! And I do! Every night I have to have a small (sometimes not so small) dish of ice cream. My new favorite flavor is Hagen Daz Mocha Chip.
I made this card for the Gina K challenge which was to feature ice cream on your card. Stamp set is from Gina K 100% Sweet. DP is Basic Grey Green at Heart, I am on my second 6x6 pad of this paper, love it so much. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great weekend. Monday I am taking my copic certification class. I am so excited about that! See you soon with more posts, more new rubba arrived today! Can't wait to play...

I made this for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge. You needed to use chipboard. Wow I had a whole drawer of it collecting dust. I found a piece, dusted it off and Whala! a card was made. Stamp is from Flourishes Beauty Within. Label 11 nestie. New MS border punch. DP is new Basic Grey Capella. Roses colored with copics. Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.

World Map
Happy Tuesday. I tried my hand at some Glimmer Mist. I really do not like messy things. I do like the way the Flourishes Antique Map came out. I daubed it with Adirondack Latte and Stonewashed inks, then spritzed it with Glimmer Mist. I colored the ship from Flourishes "A Guiding Light," with copics and maybe overspritzed it! Definitely made it grungy! Thanks for stopping by and I welcome your comments.

Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge
The weather has been gorgeous. So guess what I have been on the golf course. I did manage to get a couple of cards finished. Here is one for the Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge. The challenge was to "Picture It." I can certainly picture butterflies and cherry blossoms. This is from Flourishes new release: Cherry Blossoms.

To The Moon
This is for my grandson: Paxton: Grandma loves you to the moon and back. Yesterday, he was 8 months old and he is a cutie patootie! This is Tami Mayberry's stamp set for Gina K. In the process of making this card, I misplaced the sentiment stamp and it took me two days to find it. It actually drove me crazy because I like everything in its place and right now, nothing is in its place. Can I please have 48 hours in a day!!! Stay tuned I have some new rubba and new posts will be coming soon!

Monday Again?
What happened to the weather? Yikes, it was wet, raw and nasty this weekend! Great day for a yard sale. Good thing we have a big garage, but I do think it kept the stampers away. Oh well! The weather is partly the reason for my card today. I am thinking warm, beachy, sunny. Get my drift, no not a snow drift but a sand drift... Thanks for stopping by. Oh by the way I will be designing for DRS Designs so stay tuned!

Monday Monday
Back to work. Wow what a weekend I had! Busy busy busy! Three out of our four classes were great at the Creating keepsakes convention. Unfortunately, we walked out of the last class. Too fast and not really that great to stay for. Won two prizes! Wahoo! Gave one to J! Above is the acrylic album we made in the SEI class. Love SEI! Hope your week is outstanding. The weather forecast looks wonderful.
