Christmas in July CCS

Today I have another Christmas card, yes Christmas in July. I used the Jingle Jangle Stamp set from Creative Clear Stamps. I colored Santa with copics (see below) then airbrushed the background. I used the snowflake cuttlebug embossing folder. I also added some Sparkling Fluff to his beard and pompom. I created a wintery scene, icicles and snowmen with some border punches. DP is from last year's stash. Hope you are staying cool and I really don't want to be thinking about winter. In fact I don't even want it to be August, because that is back to work (school) for Me! Yuck and today I got my back to school letter.
Thanks for stopping by and leave me a comment. I would love to hear from you.

Gina K Design Team Blog Hop

Today Gina K is having a Design Team Blog Hop and asking members to join along. We are asked to look at a favorite StampTV episode, create a card and link to that episode. Well, one of my favorites (it's hard to pick just one) is on Paper Piecing. I have to laugh, because the first time I read this I thought it said paper piercing, and I just could not see any holes in the paper. The stamp set is Nina Brackett's Fine Furnishings. What a perfect set to use this technique! DP is October Afternoon: Ducks in a Row and CS is Gina's Turquoise Sea and Wild Dandelion.
