Here is my creation for this week's post. I have used Aspen and paper pieced her dress and added some Ranger stickles in Diamond for the trim!

Cocoa Behind Christmas Tree

Happy Monday!
Can you believe Thanksgiving has come and gone. Get ready Christmas shopping. How about making a package of Christmas cards for a gift. Everyone loves homemade crafted cards. Check out the new December digis at Sweet 'N Sassy stamps. I can't decide which one is my favorite I love them all and you will too!
For today's card I used Cocoa's Christmas Tree. I colored it with copics. I colored the ornaments with gel pens and added gold beads for the trim! I used a circle nestie and eyelet circle for my focal image. A red silk ribbon ties up the card!

Cocoa's Stocking

Today I have an adorable card for you, using a brand new digi image from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. I paper pieced the stocking with SEI Winter Song. I cut out the focal image with my oval nestie and beaded oval. Isn't this guy just the cutest? Well I have the Christmas music playing and I think I even saw some snow flurries...

Sugar Creek Hollow Technique Challenge

Happy Saturday! Are you still stuffed with turkey? Today is our blog day over at Sugar Creek Hollow. Today we were challenged to use a faux barn board technique. Well after many attempts at slapping some paint on some paper, I went for an old background stamp to create a distressed barnboard effect. I used the Scruffy manger and the "Believe" stamp from SCH. Would you like the believe stamp you can have it for free. Go on over to the Sugar Creek Hollow store. The rust crinkle ribon is also from SCH and it is so much fun to work with!

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!

I can not believe tody is Thanksgiving! Wasn't it just summer??? Time is just speeding up! Hope you are sharing today with loved ones! We have so much to be thankful for. Today's card uses two images from the November DRS release. I stamped the Delightful November Greeting (473G) with brown ink and cut it out with a nestie. I airbrushed the background. I also colored the Fall Leaf with Acorn (471F)with some copics.
Dont' eat too much today. But most of all be thankful...

Candy Cane Together


Today I have a sneak peak of two images from DRS Designs that will be released on November 27th. I colored the Candy Canes (552HU) with copics, cut out the image and popped it up. Then I stamped the greeting Candy Cane Greeting ((549HU) with black ink, but used a red marker for the words, "Candy Cane." I added a red striped candy cane bow. I also dry embossed some white cs with stripes as well. Altogether it is a very Striped Card.

Santa's List

Well, I think it's official the Holiday Season has begun! Today I have a card for you using Detailed Santa with List (2457F) from Victorine Originals. I colored Santa with red ink and then used a green marker to ink the tree. I wanted a vintage postage stamp look so I used a scalloped square nestie and inked the edges. DP is Webster Pages. Meowy Christmas

It's the Saturday Blog Hop at Sugar Creek Hollow. Today I have used Meowy Christmas for my card. I printed out my image on vanilla card stock and then I distressed the torn edges with brown and black ink. DP is Webster pages. I added the blue crinkly ribbon also available at Sugar Creek Hollow. A bit of bling for the cat's collar finishes it off! Hop on over to the blog to see what all the fabulous designers have done. There is a new Baby Jesus image that is over the top gorgeous!

Spoon Full of Sugar Blog Post


Today I have a card for you for the Spoon Full of Sugar Blog Post. For this post I used the Large Scarecrow (426L) and the Scarecrows and Corn Rows Greeting (460F) from DRS Designs. I had fun coloring the not so scary scarecrow with copics and cut him out with a round nestie and layered him a few times. I stamped the olive and kraft cardstock with a branch stamp. I added yellow twine to the edge of the card.
Today I am thankful that I have a beautiful warm home and I can spend time in my craft room and rub Cooper's belly. Tonight we are going out to dinner with good friends!

Rosie Shops

I am just so excited to be on the Anita Be Stampin DT. Here is another card that I made using Rosi Shops. For this card, of course I colored Rosi with copics, popped up her pocketbook, which I paper pieced. DP is Basic Grey Green at Heart. Stay tuned tomorrow as we post the digi release. Have a Brilliant Fall

Today I have a card for you featuring two new releases from DRS Designs. I colored "Jumping Into Autumn" (498M) with copics. I added and layered the sentiment, "Brilliant Fall Greeting" 502D. I added some vine ribbon and leaf punches with buttons tied with twine. I can not believe that next week is Thanksgiving!
I am so grateful that my sisiter in law has invited us to her home.

Yellow Blue Black Color Challenge



Merrry Merrry Monday. Can you believe we are half way through November? Where is the time going? Well I enjoyed playing golf on Saturday. I even got a birdie. Yipee! I got to put my name on the birdie tree!

Sugar Creek Hollow Color Challenge

Today our color challenge over at Sugar Creek Hollow was to use pink, blue, espresso brown and kraft. I used the sentiment: from the Poinsettia Teacup stamp set.
I recolored the image to blue and cut it out with a nestie. I distressed it with brown ink. I added and distressed the pink lace, pink crinkly ribbon (available at the SCH store) and flower with brown ink as well. DP is Webster pages die cut. Espresso brown cs. Thanks for stopping by. Merry & Bright

I made this card for the StampTV sketch challenge. I masked the stocking and stamped the verse over the mask. I cut out the image with an oval nestie. Added some frosty bling and there you have it. I hope you have a great weekend.
