Victorine Originals Love Challenge

Today I have the adorable Peggy
Sue (74251D) stamp image from Victorine Originals. The sentiment is (74159B).Our next challenge over at the Victorine Blog is to create a "love" card. How cute is this for a Valentine's Day card. I paper pieced her dress and added a rose and drew a stem so it looks like she is holding a flower.
