This week we have a fun challenge for you over at the Sweet Stamps Blog: Faux Stitching.
You can win a $20 shopping spree at Sweet Stamps.
For my card I have stamped this adorable Stitched Button Snowman unto light blue cardstock. I colored in the scarf with red and green gel pens and did faux stitching around his body with a black gel pen. His hat was colored with copics. I cut out my focal image with Nellie's Round Doily Multi Frame die and mounted that unto vellum cut with a Cheery Lynn French Pastry Doily Die. The vellum border was cut with the Cheery Lynn Carnival Border die. The blue background was embossed with the snowflake embossing folder. I added some Sparkly Sweet Glitter with a Quickie Glue pen.
All supplies are available at Sweet Stamps.
Check out our blog for more inspiration from our design team!
Play along, the challenge lasts one week.
