Black and Orange




Happy Halloween!
We received a foot of snow yesterday, so it seems more like February than the last day of October. 
Yikes!
Our next challenge at Victorine Originals is to use the colors black and orange
I decided to make a circle easel card. 
I used the Witch with Cauldron (2652H)  and colored the image with copics. I cut the main image with a circle nestie and layered it onto a picot circle nestie. 
Spider was cut from a MS punch and glittered with Ranger Black diamond Stickles.
DP is Authentique Glowing.

Autumn Fun


You still have time to join our October challenge at One Crazy Stamper and make a fall card. 
For today's card I used the Autumn Harvest pumpkins from the September YNS Release available from One Crazy Stamper . I stamped my pumpkins with Memento Rich Cocoa Brown ink and colored them with the copics pictured below:

I added a sheer striped ribbon and brad.

Happy holly days

Today I have a card featuring  new releases from DRS Designs. I have used two stamps: Girl Swirl Holly (887G) and Happy Holly Days (888B). I colored the holly with copics and then cut out my main focal image with a Spellbinders die.I layered the image unto a white embossed background. Added some lace and border punch for the bottom of the card and a lot of gold bling.

Easel Card Challenge



Our challenge this week over at the Sweet Stamps Blog is to make an easel card. 
I had so much fun making this card. 
I just got these adorable Gingerbread Boy & Girl (222J) stamps from Sweet Stamps and I could not wait to ink them up! 
I stamped them unto craft paper and then paper pieced their outfits using Authentique Blissful DP
I neatly trimmed my focal image and layered them unto one of the gorgeous squares die cut with Nellies Multi Frames (MFD029). For the bottom trimmed I used the Cheery Lynn Border Carnivale Die (DL129).

Paper and Such Sketch Challenge


Today there is a sketch challenge at Paper and Such! I used the gorgeous poinsettia stamp from the Christmas Flowers stamp set from Paper and Such and colored it with copics. I added just a bit of Ranger stickles to the centers of the flowers. I did alter the sketch a bit by turning it and moving the embellishments to the top.

Uptown Girls

For today's card I used the adorable Uptown Girls Clarissa and Camille from Stamping Bella available from One Crazy Stamper.
I stamped the girls with Memento black ink unto Xpress It card stock. I paper pieced the image using Fancy Pants Summer's End DP.
I cut out the image with the Labels 17 die.

Spooktacular Halloween


I had to get in one more Halloween card and then I will be showcasing the new releases from DRS Designs.
For this card I used the Silhouette Haunted House, which I stamped in black and then stamped the top of the stamp on yellow cardstock and cut out a circle to create a glow from the moon effect! I also spritzed my card with Goosbumps to give it texture. Sentiment is a new release: Spooktacular Halloween Greeting.

Happy Birthday Christmas Challenge

The challenge  at Crafty Creations is to make a Birthday Christmas card. I used this new stamp from Paper and Such: Christmas Flowers.
I stamped the beautiful poinsettias onto designer paper and trimmed my image. 
I then layered my focal image on two die cut dps. 
Added some bling.
Sentiment is from the Poppy set.

Lots of Layers Sweet Stamps Challenge

Our challenge this week at the Sweet Stamps Blog is to use lots of layers!
Today I have Genevieve (536G) from Sweet Stamps. I paper pieced her with Authentique DP: Wonder.
I also stamped the Vertical Bookmark Frame (425J) with black ink unto the dp and trimmed it out.
I layered the focal image unto the Polynesian Sails Oval die by Cheery Lynn and used the doily in the upper left corner. I added a big brad and some red trim ribbon.

Our next challenge at Victorine Originals is to make a fall card. I just love this scene: 
The Pumpkin Patch(2591H) from Victorine Originals which I colored with copics and cut out with the postage stamp die from Spellbinders.
Dp is Bo Bunny Fall.

I added a pumpkin ribbon for my bottom border and there you have it.

Come and Sit for a Spell

 Today I have this adorable stamp: Magical Mathilda by Kratin' Kimmie available from One Crazy Stamper. I colored Mathilda with the copics below: 

 I stamped my image with Memento black ink onto Xpress It card stock. I then trimmed my image and mounted it on Mischievious dp by My Mind's Eye, which was die cut by a Spellbinders Label 23 die. Bottom is a MS punch.

Count Your Blessings


Today I have this adorable Squirrel with Acorn (934H) from DRS Designs. I stamped my focal image with black ink unto grey card stock. Then I stamped the image on craft cardstock and paper pieced just the acorn with the squirrel. I used the polka dot background (688) stamp for the background and cut out three panels which I layered unto black card stock. I added a black sheer ribbon and grey brads. I added the sentiment Count Your Blessings (915D). Check out all the new releases from DRS Designs.

Paper and Such Color Challenge


I am so excited to be a guest designer this month for Paper and Such.
For today's color challenge I have colored these gorgeous poinsettias  from Christmas Flowers with copics. To the center I added some Ranger stickles. I cut out my focal image with a nestie and layered it unto green card stock that I embossed with a poinsettia embossing folder. I added a velvet ribbon and bow with a magenta brad.

CAS Sweet Stamps Challenge



Our challenge this week at Sweet Stamps is to make a CAS: Clean and Simple card. Okay, easier said than done for me. I used the Christmas Lace Tree (8006) from Sweet Stamps and stamped it unto green card stock. I also used the large Merry Christmas (956D)

Happy Halloween


Halloween is right around the corner.  
Better get the candy ready for the trick or treaters.
Today I have two new releases from DRS Designs:
I colored in the wreath with markers and cut it out with a circle nestie and layered it onto another nestie so that it looks like a wrapped candy. I added a striped orange ribbon and bow.
The background is my favorite woven plaid (613P).

Christmas Birthday


Anything Goes this week for the Sweet Stamps Blog Challenge.
I decided to make a Christmas birthday card, because I just got these yummy papers from Sweet Stamps by Authenique: Wonder.
I used the watercan floral (3040) stamp from Jackie hill's Botanical collection.
The Happy Birthday (9027B) stamp is stamped in the lower right hand corner.
I colored the main image with copics and cut it with Nellie's multi ovals.
I inked the edges of the scalloped oval for some pop.
I added a silk ribbon and brad for embellishment.

Happy Fall



Our challenge at the Victorine Originals Blog is Halloween. I love this eerie  graveyard tree scene (3048K)  and the Fall sentiment (74445C) from Victorine Originals which I stamped with Memento black ink, then I stamped the moon and tree on yellow card stock and cut it out and pieced it back to my main focal image. I added glassy glaze to the moon. DP is SEI. Bottom border is a Spellbinders die.
