Sweet Stamps Parchment Challenge

This week our challenge at Sweet Stamps is a "parchment" challenge. Sweet Stamps carries all the supplies to make this technique. For my card today I have used the Oval Lace Frame which I stamped with white dye ink unto heavy weight vellum.  I used the soft grip stylus tools on the embossing mat to outline my images. Then I used my four split perforating tool to cut it out. Inside my frame I stamped Just For you (9005B). I added the Japanese Garden Lace Oval and flourishes from Cheery Lynn Designs.
I added some flowers and bling for embellishments.
