Happy July 4th

Our challenge this week at Inky Impressions is Fireworks/Bling! Very appropriate for today, I might add. 
I have Independence Day Lili  waving her sparklers. 
I colored the image with copics: Hair-E59, E35, E33, E50. Skin E50, E51, E53. Shirt-R29, R27, R22. Shorts- B29, B28, B23.
I used an oval die to cut out my focal image and layer it upon this USA flag dp.  
I added clear Inky Drops along the bottom border and yellow inky drops on the sparklers.
