Too Much Snow

 Today I have Thanks Snow Much from MFT!

Well, we certainly have a lot of snow now and I am not so happy about it.

There goes my clean car. My driveway will be covered in ice until April, I have to drive to the end of my driveway to take a walk, that is if they ever plow my road!

Another year, another attempt at joining MFT as a guest designer.

 I made this card for the January Guest Designer Challenge at My Favorite Things!

Today's card features PI Warm Wishes.

 I paper pieced her outfit with Doodlebug North Pole paper. 

I colored her hair with copics:E97 and E59 and skin: E13, E11, E000. 
I added Ranger stickles to trim  her outfit.  
I added Viva Decor Pearls in black for the buttons.

Die-Namics used are the  Traditional tag stax and fishtail banner.

I colored the face with copics: E11, E000, E50 

 boots: C9, C7, C5

 hair: E31, E29, E25.

Happy Birthday Sweet Stamps Challenge

Merry Christmas to All!

Sweet Stamps is having a Sweet and Simple Happy Birthday challenge this week!

For my card I have Mums the Word (6001G) from Sweet Stamps. I stamped and embossed it twice with Fantasy pearl then platinum embossing powder.

The Happy Birthday sentiment (9099D) was also embossed with the platinum.

I used the Nellie Snellen Multi Frame Oval (MFD013) to cut out the images.

Designer Paper is Crate Paper Acorn Ave.

Sweet Stamps Sketch Challenge

 

Our challenge this week at Sweet Stamps is a sketch challenge.
I used the adorable Mr and Mrs. Snow Duo (207K) and paper pieced their clothing.
I framed the snow people with Nellie's Multi Fame Die (MFD008)
I added a Snowflake 2 (DL166) die from Cheery Lynn.
Sentiment is With Love (3041B).

Cracked Glass Technique

This month our special technique is Cracked Glass at Sweet Stamps.

I used the lovely large Stained Glass Nativity Scene and stamped it with Memento Cocoa Brown ink.

Then I framed my image with a Cheery Lynn Dutch Doily Rectangle Frame.

I covered the entire image with Super Sticky Tape and embossed with clear embossing powder.

I placed my embossed image in the freezer all day.

When I cam home from school I cracked the image and distressed the cracks with light brown ink.

Snowman and Penguins

Today I have this adorable image Snowman with Penguins from Art Impressions available at One Crazy Stamper. I stamped the image with Memento Flannel Grey ink unto X press Blending card. I colored the image with copics: B21, B23, B24, B26, R29, R27, R22, C1, C9, C7 and C3.

I used a Spellbinders label die to cut out my focal image Designer Paper is Bo Bunny Mistletoe Collection.

Sweet Stamps Sparkle and Bling

Our challenge this week at Sweet Stamps is Sparkle and Bling. I stamped

In Her Easter Bonnet Silhouette 6005

with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored her hat with copics. I added Ranger black diamond stickles to the band and flowers on her hat.

Background paper is holographic foil paper.

I used the Nelie Snellen  Fancy die  (FD002) to layer the focal image.

Non traditional Christmas Colors

Our challenge over the next two weeks at Victorine Originals is to use non traditional Christmas colors, no red, no green. 

I chose blue, brown and kraft!.

Sweet Stamps Evergreen Challenge

Today I have a center step card made using the Stamp Doctor Center Step Die available from Sweet Stamps.

I stamped the Lace Tree (8006H) with white dye ink and white detail embossing powder onto green cardstock.

I added the Happy Holidays die from Cheery Lynn.

Along the sides are the Candi Dots in Very Merry Gold for embellishments.

Designer Paper is Fa La La from Lawn Fawn.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

This week our challenge at CYDI? is Baby, It's cold Outside! Yikes, I don't like the cold, but this adorable Snorkel Dog from Kiniart is ready. 

I colored him with copics and added Ranger glossy accent to his googles.

Today I have this adorable snow globe stamp and die from Your Next Stamp. 

I added Santa to the globe and some snowflakes for accents. 

I colored Santa with copics.

Today I have
 a stamp from Flourishes: Naturally Merry. 

I colored the image with copics: R89, R39, R35, YG99, YG97 and YG95, E29 and E25.
