Victorine Originals Anything Goes Challenge

We are having an Anything Goes Challenge at Victorine Originals. How easy is that?
I used this fabulous hot air balloon stamp(1676-H) and paper pieced it with dp from My Mind's Eye: Lime Twist. 
Sentiment Hello(3957-A) is also from Victorine and it just fits perfectly on the flag die.
