Make a Wish

I'm going to wish that I win the Sketch #124 Challenge at MFT!
I have this adorable PI image: Make a Wish. 
I paper pieced her dress with Summer Stories dp from Teresa Collins.
 I used the Blueprint #1 die to frame my image. 
The fishtail die and doily oval add accents. 
Summer rose is die cut with grey and English Rose felt.
