I have some very exciting news!
This month I will be the Guest Designer for Your Next Stamp
For today's card I have Roxy -Darling diva. I colored Roxy with copics.
Then I fussy trimmed her and popped her up on foam tape and layered her unto a couple of die cuts.
I colored the ice cream and drink with spicas to add some glitter.
