Let's Make Waves


Today I have this adorable PI Sailor Girl from My Favorite Things. 
I colored her with copics and fussy cut the image.
Popped up the image on a pierced circle and added some waves. 
Designer paper from MME: Milo is perfect for this.
I followed the weekly MFT sketch #165.
