Happy Birthday

Today I got to color this beautiful Tall Tulip H251 from Great Impressions. 

It was so fast and easy to do. 

I just love this design. 

After coloring the tulip, I  die cut my focal image and placed it on striped yellow paper. 

I added a die cut vine for interest. 

I could always use a birthday card so I used the G483 Tag sentiment.

I colored the image with copics and used an oval MFT die to neatly cut it out. Then I placed it on a rectangle die.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink unto Xpress It blending card. Then I colored the image with copics.

Clouds were sponged in using an MFT cloud stencil.

 Today I got to play with a new die from MFT. 

Hello is becoming very popular!

I had fun die cutting this die with a pierced rectangle die!

 I followed the MFT sketch  173 below:

Today I have this adorable new stamp from Sugar Pea Designs.

I wish it was warm and sunny like this picture.

I went with a CAS. 

I sponged the sun using a stencil

I colored the image with copics.

I made this card for my friend's 65th birthday! 

Yikes!!!

Anyway he still rocks, and not in a rocking chair!

After printing this image on Xpress It Blending Card I colored this image with copics.

MfT Sketch 172

Today I played with some new stamps from MFT. I have this adorable PI colored with copics.

I fussy trimmed her and popped her up on an MFT oval die namic. I added some twine and enamel dots to complete the card. 

I am entering this card into the MFT Weekly Sketch 172.

Who Ate All the jellybeans

Today I have a delicious jellybean card from Great Impressions. 

I am using the new E831 Who Ate All the Jellybeans.

I stamped the image in black on mint green card stock.

The delicious jar of jellybeans is image E712 Jelly Bean Jar.

I colored the image with copics, then added glassy glaze to the jar.

I die cut the image with a circle die and layered in with mint card stock.

 I added an arrow and some enamel dots for accents.

I printed this adorable image on Xpress It Blending Card. 

Then I cut out the focal image using a pierced circle die. 

I added some other die cuts from the Blueprint 12 die.

Today I tried a tone on tone card using Grout Grey. 

For some reason it looks brown, but trust me it is Grout Grey. 

I used a sentiment stamp from Chalkboard Greetings and white embossed the saying over the DC Watercolor Backdrops.

Then I cut out the image with the stitched circle die.

I added a button die with some twine.

 I also used the background wood grain stamp.

I followed the weekly MFT sketch below:

Happy Trails

Today I have a couple of cute stamps  and dies from Lawn Fawn called Happy Trails.

I colored the camper and car with copics and then used the coordinating dies to cut out the image.

It's supposed to be a glorious weather weekend, so get out and have some fun!

Forget Me Not

Using the MFT Forget me Not stamps and dies I created this card for the MFT April color challenge.

I stamped the flowers using blu Raspberry and Razzle Berry. 

The stem was stamped in Gumdrop green. 

Background layer is Natural. 

I also used a couple of blueprint dies to cute the layering pieces.

Enjoy the Day

Well it is finally warming up here in NH. So maybe we can Enjoy the Day.

Today I have a couple of Great Impressions stamps. I stamped the main focal image: H196 Garden Shed with Tuxedo black ink and colored it in with copics.  I used part of the G483 Tags Rubber greeting to make the sentiment. 

With some dies I created the background scenery.

 I colored her with copics. 

Put a little pink in her hair for some 1980's spunk.
