Great Impressions June Challenge

It's Anything Goes Challenge using a GI image.

Today I have these adorable G523Party Penguins. 

 I stamped the image with black ink and used some markers to color the image. 

 I added the B247 Birthday sentiment to the bottom.

 I created the background by splattering some ink from the markers.

 I added some glossy accent to the balloons and sequins for embellishments.
