This is the Stamscape stamp, Cabin with Fence. It was one of the cards I demoed at the class I taught at Heartfelt Memories, Brattleboro, VT. this past Tuesday. It was a lot of fun. Everyone made three cards each. I colored it in with copics. Happy Saturday!

Inspired by Batik

I made this card for the stamptv Inspired by Batik challenge. I embossed yellow, white and orange cs and then inked to mimic a batik print. Sunflowers were inked and colored with markers. Bow easy bow and brad is Basic Grey.

Day 2 of my vaca: time to mow the lawn and of course get some more stamping done. I finished this card last night. I just love this wide silk ribbon. It adds such an elegant touch to a card. Martha Stewart deep edge flower punch. Stamp is from Flourishes From the Garden colored with copics.

I based this card from the cover layout of Dr. Seuss's book, Oh, the Places, You'll Go! I read this book on the first day of school to my fifth graders, as it is a wonderful story about life's challenges and opportunities and how you have your whole life ahead of you. I tell them I will also read it on the last day of school and all year I want them to think about why I chose this particular book to read to them. I made this card for the Designer Challenge on stamptv.

Busy busy week

I have had one very busy busy week. No time to stamp! I have to get ready for a class that I will be teaching at a local scrapbooking store using stampscapes and copics. Hope you are ready for a great weekend. I plan on getting some stamping in so check back for another post.

Tippy Top Tuesday

Wow, what an action packed weekend I had. It was fabulous. Golf on Friday after school, walked Cooper and then started cooking for Easter Sunday. Saturday morning, I had to clean the house and then off to the spa with my two best buds, otherwise known as my daughters to celebrate Jana's 30th! Wow, was it a gorgeous day. We had lunch and enjoyed the view of Mount Mondadnock. Sushi for dinner at Alexis. On Sunday, I was up by 6am to finish cooking and get ready for our 15 guests for Easter. Now, do you understand why I missed a couple of days of posting. I am only able to get this one in because I am drinking Espresso! This card is made for the stamptv "fold" challenge. Happy 30th Birthday Jana

Today is Jana's 30th birthday. I made this card especially for her with my new Stampavie stamp, "Isabelle with Puppy Coco." I chose this stamp to symbolize the wonderful impact that

having girls made on my life as well as the joy that having puppies has brought to all our lives. I colored the stamp with copics on a blossom nestie and layered it onto Label 1 nestie. Sentiment is from Gina K "Sweetest Memories." Off to the spa...
