Isn't this guy adorable. He is the newly released Skating Penguin (569D) from DRS Designs. I cut him out with an oval nestie and layered him on black cs. I tore some white cs to give the illusion of snow and then propped up some mini penguins cut from a border punch. The sentiment Warm Wishes (611D) is also a new release from DRS.
