Recipe Challenge at One Crazy Stamper


You still have a few days to enter our recipe challenge: One focal image, two dps and three embellies.
For today's card I have this hysterical image from Art Impressions called "Gossip Club."
First I stamped my image with Memento Tuxedo black ink unto Xpress It cardstock.
I had so much fun coloring these ladies with  the copics pictured below:




Then I cut out the focal image with a labels 17 Nestie and layered it unto Basic Grey Lauderdale dp.
Rhinestones are from Bo Bunny Barefoot & Bliss Collection and Flower is Fancy Pants Beach Babe.

Flip Flop Summer


I am certainly enjoying wearing my flip flops!
The weather has been hot and sunny; perfect summer weather.
For today's card I have combined turquoise and red and a bit of purple for this summery card.
The sentiment Cool Summertime Greeting (824H) is from the DRS new release.
I had to add the flip flops (011K) on the edge of the sentiment.
Then I framed the image with a die cut.

Sweet Stamps Sketch Challenge



This week we have a great sketch challenge over at our Sweet Stamps Blog
I love sketches, especially this one!
For today's card I used the Oval lace Frame (8018H) with green ink. I added a touch of red along the outline.
I then stamped the sentiment May the Peace (957) inside the frame with red ink.
I cut out that image using Nellie's Multi Oval Frame (013) and layered in unto another piece of green cardstock cut with the Nellie Oval die.
I added some dp for the blocks of the sketch and a ribbon and of course some Bling!

Victorine Originals Bling Challenge

 

Would you like to win this fabulous stamp from Victorine Originals?
For my card today I did a bit of paper piecing on the dress and hat.
I colored the rest of the image with copics. 
I added a bit of Ranger stickles to the water for some shine.
I cut out the focal image with a Fleur de Lis Square Die
and added blue rhinestones for some bling!

For today's post I have used the Flourishes Stamp set: What a Catch! I stamped my image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink unto Xpress It Cardstock. Cut out the focal image with a circle nestie. Then I colored my image with the copics pictured below:





I cut out a couple of other images and used them as embellishments. I also added some rope twine and tied a nautical knot.
DP is Basic Grey Life's A Beach.

I stamped the Interlocking star background(819H) and cut out some stars and glazed them.

Fun in the Sun


Today I have a cute little picnic card for you, using the newly released Watermelon and Friend (798H). I colored the image with copics and used some bright key lime cardstock. I also dry embossed some white cardstock with a citrus design. I added some twine and the sentiment Fun in the Sun (1072H). I am having so much Fun this summer that I almost forgot I was filling in today! LOL! thanks for stopping by and check out all the new releases by DRS Designs.

Winter Blues Sweet Stamps Challenge


Our challenge this week at Sweet Stamps is Winter Blues.
Remember Sweet Stamps is having a fabulous sales on Christmas items: 25% off!
For today's card I used the adorable Button Snowman (206G).
I stamped him unto light blue cardstock with Memento Black ink.
I colored in his scarf and buttons with a white gel pen.
I colored the holly and berry with red and green spicas.
I trimmed my focal image and popped him up with some foam tape unto white cardstock die cut with Nellie's multi frame ovals (MFD013).
I layered that onto a blue oval which I dry embossed with the polka dot embossing folder.
The snowflake background was created with the Tiny Snowflake Background Stamp (8022I).
I added a blue and white polka dot ribbon and bow with a white brad.
The bottom was finished off with a scalloped border punch.

Walking the Dog

Today I have this adorable new stamp from the Retro Crew Collection from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design. Of course I colored the image with copics and cut it out with a nestie. I layered it onto some dp and cut the bottom of the card with a MS border punch. I am entering this card in the following challenges:

I entered this card into the Flourishes Sketch Challenge as well as the Inspirations Color Challenge. I used an older Flourishes set that I have no name for as well as the Country Charm Labels set which coordinates with the Spellbinders Grommet Label dies.


DP is My mind's Eye Lost & Found: Madison Avenue.


I colored the flowers with a few copics a I was done: easy peasy!

Happiness is a cart path

Today I have a new release from DRS Designs: (375K) Golf Cart Girl. I colored her with copics and cut out my focal image with a nestie, which I dry embossed. I added the sentiment: Golf Path Greeting (005). I made a faux bow with yellow and white extra wide ribbon and added some yellow pearls for embellies.

Silver and Gold Sweet Stamps Challenge

Our challenge this week at Sweet Stamps is silver/gold Christmas themed projects:
There is a sale going on for the entire month of July!
Here is my card for this week's challenge: I used the Five Star Medallion (430J) and stamped it with silver ink on heavy weight Parchment Craft vellum and then embossed it with silver detail embossing powder. I used a gold sharpie to color in parts of the medallion. I used my 4 split perforating tool to cut out the medallion and layered it unto silver paper cut with a Cheery Lynn doily Die (DL102). I added the Merry Christmas (956) sentiment also stamped on vellum with silver ink and embossed with silver as well.
I added a wired sheer silver ribbon and some bling in the corners.

For my card today I have used Manicuarabellas from StampingBella. I stamped my image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on XpressIt Cardstock and colored the image with the copics below:




I cut out the focal image with a square nestie and layered it onto the Square Fleur DeLis.


DP is Basic Grey Out of Print.


I used an Out of Print stiched brad and an Out of Print Bow Tie sticker . I had to add some rhinestone bling as well!

The star background was stamped with the Interlocking Star Background (819H) on red cardstock.
I made the shaped card with Labels 8 nestie.

Christmas in July

Summer has finally arrived, but it is Christmas in July, our new challenge at the Sweet Stamps Blog.
I have a very simple card today, made with Lace Tree (8006H) from Sweet Stamps.
I cut out my focal image and mounted it on green cardstock cut with Nellie's Multi Frame (008) rectangle dies.
I then used the Cheery Lynn Large Window Frame to make it look like a window.
I added Liquid pearls in white opal to the corners of the frame to look like snow.
